This beautiful succulent lives up to its name of String of Turtles! The plump leaves have a turtle-like pattern to the undersides of their leaves that is especially visible when the plant needs water. They enjoy bright light and thorough watering ever 10-14 days.

I do recommend bottom watering for these plants as I've had more success with it than with regular watering. Simply fill a bowl with water, and put the whole pot in the bowl. The roots will pull water up through the bottom of the pot, and the foliage on the top can stay dry. Leave the plant to sit for ~10 minutes in the water, or until the soil surface feels moist.
