Purple Passion Vine, or Gynura aurantiaca, is an uncommon, colorful, and fuzzy houseplant that everyone can enjoy! It likes bright indirect light, water about weekly, and average household humidity. If you notice your plant seems droopy between scheduled waterings, your plant may need more water. This is especially common in the summer. When watering, please try to water at soil level to avoid water sitting on the leaves. Due to the tiny hairs on the leaf surface, these guys are especially good at trapping water on their leaves, which makes them susceptible to leaf rot.
